According to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the gambling revenue in the US state is $201.4 million, which is 1.7% less than it was a year ago. Statistics show that at four casinos in Philadelphia gamblers lost approximately $810,000 or 1.15% which is less than last year in July. The Valley Forge Casino Resort, on the other hand, showed an increase of nearly $540,000 or 10%. The gambling revenue has also declined in Sugarhouse casino in Philadelphia and Harrah’s Philadelphia in Chester. Seven of the 12 casinos in the state released year-over-year declines in July.
