US Bills to Ban Online Gambling Nationwide Have Little Chance of Passing

online-gambling-graphic-75x75Govtrack, the site that is tracking US Congressional bills, has made updates on the anti-gambling bills introduced by Senator Lindsey Graham and Representative Chaffetz pointing out that the bills have very small chance of being passed into law. Chaffetz’s bill has an 8% chance, while that of Graham only has a 1% chance. The bills are more or less similar and both deal with the subject of restoring the original power of the Wire Act and banning all forms of online gambling in the United States. The bills lack movement so federal legislators would have little reason to bother with them.
