A slot fan from Ohio is suing Horseshoe Casino in Cincinnati for false imprisonment after a slot jackpot he won last year. Reports say that the slot player filed an original complaint in March against the city of Cincinnati which settled for $4,250. The name of the gambler is Mark DiSalvo from Centerville. DiSalvo said that he won a $2,000 jackpot playing slots but didn’t have the proper identification so the casino said he would fill out some documents and claim the jackpot later. Instead, the casino staff called the police and DiSalvo was put in handcuffs.
