Two Gaming Facilities in Atlantic City Declare Bankruptcy

trump-plaza-75x70Two casinos in Atlantic City declared bankruptcy earlier in September as Trump Taj Mahal and Trump Plaza run by Trump Entertainment Resorts will shut their doors. Both casinos had a hard time struggling to stay afloat and recently multi-millionaire Donald Trump has sued the casinos to change their names because he didn’t want to be associated with either of them. Trump Plaza closed in September, while Taj Mahal is expected to close after a few months. Furthermore, the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement prolonged the online casino license of Betfair that was operating through Trump Plaza. Ultimate Gaming operating through the Trump Taj Mahal is also expecting a similar prolonged license.
