Bank Manager Put in Prison for Stealing Money to Gamble

natwest-bank-logo-75x75The manager of Natwest Bank in Biggin Hill was charged of stealing money to gamble online from two older customers at the bank. 56-year-old Glenn Mason stole £185,000 from Leslie Pilditch and Julie Amos in order to play online poker. To make things worse, he also stole credentials from two co-workers, which caused them to be fired and charged with fraud. Mason was sentenced to a light 15 month jail sentence mainly because of personal reasons. His wife died of cancer recently and his son was badly injured in Afghanistan.
