Nevada Adds another Person to the Infamous Black Book

las-vegas-sky-line-75x75The infamous Black Book of Nevada was created in 1972. It is in fact a list of people excluded from casinos in the Silver State because of gambling related crimes. This week the state added the 33rd person in the Black Book named Tasia Musa. The guy was arrested last time in 2013 due to gambling convictions. According to the rules, the only way to get off the black list is by dying. Sometimes, however, it takes a while till the state knows you are dead. Adding people to the Black Book isn’t very common. In May, two years ago, for the first time in four years, Nevada added a person to the book.
