Representatives of the Nevada Gaming Commission voted unanimously to remove slot machine cheat Eugene Bulgarino from the List of Excluded Persons also known as the Black Book. The reason for their decision is because Bulgarino is dead. He died in Phoenix about a year ago. Bulgarino was placed on the list on September 24, 2004 after serving about four years in prison. He was identified as a member of the Bruno crime family in Philadelphia and his criminal history dates back to 1955. Bulgarino used various slot machine parts to cheat in slots and collected 10 separate jackpots at several Las Vegas casinos.
