New Pennsylvania iGaming Bill to Allow for Slots

pennsylvania-state-75x59Tina Davis, a Pennsylvania state representative, introduced a new bill to legalize online gambling in the state, House Bill 920, which would allow for slot machines and table games, but will not accept bets on bingo, lottery games, keno and pari-mutuel betting. The bill is third on the line, following submission of similar bills from John Payne (HB 649) and Nick Miccarelli (HB 695), two other state representatives. The iGaming bill from Davis differs from the previous two bills in that it will legalize only online poker in Pennsylvania and Davis’ bill also includes a bad actor clause which will exclude companies that violated the UIGEA of 2006.
