Slots with Skill Factors Given Thumbs up in Nevada

nevada-state-flag-75x75Senate Bill 9 proposed by Nevada’s Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) was given a thumbs up by state’s gaming regulators and rules will be adopted where slots can have skill based / arcade elements incorporated into the game. Gov. Brian Sandoval signed the bill this past Thursday saying that with it casinos are given opportunities to incorporate these skill based elements to slots which would appeal to the new generation of casino visitors in Nevada. The bill was approved by both houses unanimously. AGEM says that slot fans can play a game with 88% payback but with the skill based element the percentage could jump to 98%.
