State regulators met this week in order to discuss regulations concerning the latest technology that could help operators to attract younger gamblers. Earlier this year, Nevada lawmakers gave the green light for these new arcade-like games. Nevada slot revenue has noted a fall in the last years; thus, skill-based slots are seen as a way of making slot machines popular among players once again.
